Well, I took the computer in today, and it could take as long as two weeks to get it back.

So you guys will not be seeing much of me for awhile longer... <i></i>

Oh well I erased the marque code, so maybe I'll just wipe out the top print for awhile-if I really to miss it I'll search HTML codes on how to get it back up again. Hi Earthy! Always great to have you in Hangar.

So what am I doing? Almost recovered from the stupid auto accident and auto should be returning home on Monday. Tam is up in SD until about the 20th (her mom passed last Monday -truly a great lady!). Still enjoying great memories from the DC Elohimfest Gathering with Jay, Agata (founders of Kevin's Watch), Cail, Luci, Recluse, dlbpharmd, aliantha, Creator and Romeo. Still can't believe the great (secret) news Romeo gave us (Romeo is webmaster at the official SRD site).

We should be able to adopt our new girlie, Elora Grace within four months and will, probably, hang on to the boys for, at least, another year while their parent's trial drags out fovever. I don't have them this weekend so am feeling very lonely (Elora's in SD too). Trying to amuse myself by attempting to fix the loo, painting the door (but I can't paint, it's raining constantly-which is a drag but what NM desperately needs) and keeping track of Wimbeldon. Having no further interest in the World Cup as ref awards penalty kick to France for a Portugese defender dropping his doillie .
At least the Angels have, finally, won 6 out of 7 and are showing signs of life.

I'm making up classes I missed during last semster's Uni class and looking for another teaching job next week. Other than that keeping myself amused by finishing Iain M. Bank's Look to Windward, which I heartily reccomend. Looking at the world from a strangely jaded pov. Watched Night Watch-very cool, Off the Map-magical, as duchy says. Today I going to attempt to see Beyond the Wall of Sleep, based on Lovecraft's story--looks cheesy, sick and gory, but I'll give it a go. And I may go to the theater to catch The Celestine Prophesy-which probably would have been much better done had Reddfield not held onto the rights. *****

I did both but BtWoS almost made me puke and TCP made me very happy. I must have knocked off an anti-scroll code off HTML when I got the marquee going again, sorry will try to fix, asap!~\ *****

Hey Danlo - glad you enjoyed Off the Map. But I am very sorry to hear about Lady Tam's mother.

Still without a computer, though hopefully I will get it back this coming week!

Just getting back to work after a busy weekend. Our little town's firework show was on Friday night, and yesterday was (hopefully) the last of the graduation parties for my son's friends. <i></i>

Well, I have the computer back.

Tonight after work I hope to get started on making some posts about some of the books and authors I've been reading lately, including a couple of science fiction writers and a horror writer I do not think we have threads on yet. <i></i>

Sorry to hear about Lady Tam's mother, danlo. Give her my condolences.

Glad to have you back, Duchess.

I had a great weekend attending a conference in western Massachusetts and visiting my daughter all in one trip.

Glad to be home, but I have a lot of work to do. "Does the walker choose the path, or the path the walker?"<i></i>

Thanks! She'll really appreciate that ladies. How's Foamy doing? What am I doing? Nothing. Except paying a $500 deductable on bodywork from the accident...can you believe that -the claims dept. is really dragin' it's butt:"> Wanted to watch The Wedding Crashers but Adrien has hid it in an alternate dimension --now I'm so bored I may even succumb to watching Paul Ruebens Yes PeeWee himself on Letterman. *****

Sounds like you had a great trip to Mass, MsMary. Hope Foamy is doing very well.

If there is anything I can do for Lady Tam, just let me know, Danlo. It is so hard to lose a beloved parent.

Oh, work is so busy this week. And the US Inspector General is coming next week. I am ready to pull my hair out! ******************************************************
