It's here! The ebook came out just now in the middle of the night, and I just downloaded it to my Sony reader! :mrgreen:

I have been waiting eleven years for this book, and in a monumental show of bad timing (from my perspective :wink:

) the publisher gets it out right after my weekend off, which means I have to wait nearly two weeks to get any significant reading time.

(Note that I am overjoyed it is finally done and out - just wish I could have more time to read it. By the time my weekend off comes, the internet will be filled with spoilers it will not be funny!!)

Anyway, read the prologue and the first chapter so far. Man, it has been eleven years in waiting for a chapter with that character's name as the heading. About time. I broke into a huge grin when I saw it. :mrgreen:

And I am wondering HOW LONG we will have to wait for the next book.

I'm only at 180--really enjoying things so far, read the first Tyrion & Davos chapters way before and it seems like Martin is just about to shake off the AFFC conjunction-so I'm ready for anything (keeps eyes closed).

I'm not reading anything in here, but I'm maybe 20% of the way through this book. I like it, although I was really ticked at the first couple of Jon chapters.
