U either have 2 find something small--or smallish and the function will shrink it---unless u know how 2 shrink the image b4 downloading, or how 2 shrink in ur database or it will revert 2 it's original size...I think is very cool tho...

Experimental background in the Fravashi district...opinions? And now Danlo looked in that direction, too. He remembered that snowy owls mate in the darkest part of deep winter, and so along with this beautiful white bird perched in a tree a hundred feet away, he turned to face the sea as he watched and waited.

I love the new background, Danlo! It's gorgeous!

And I like Damelon's picture of Galileo -- I was just surprised when it came up so differently sized that what I had expected.

It's kind of like the amazing 60 foot Damelon. I've got to work on finding a smaller avatar.

Looking good duchess Must say that the idea of using smileys to decorate a page is quite a novel one...I'm wondering if it can be designed to tell a story almost

Thank you Vain -- you know, I wonder if you could tell a story if you rearranged them?
Damelon, I think my older son's avatar is as big or nearly as big as yours. He hasn't been posting much between school, sports, and his operation, but you might see more of him and his sixty foot avatar after we get back from our vacation. Had quite a storm come through here an hour ago. Had to shut the computer down. Bear, the dog, was on edge.

Poor old pup!
We'll probably be getting it in the wee hours of the morning, then!
Guess I'd better be ready for the kids and the dog and the cats to all want some serious comfort. Our lives are the songs that sing the universe into existence.~David Zindell

A toast!
To my older son's soccer team! In the high school season in the fall the j.v. squad went 0-17-2. Now they are all on a travel soccer team together and they won their first ever game yesterday! (Well, they did win one other when the other team didn't show up! But I don't count that!) They beat the travel team from Parma 2-0. YAY!! Yea! Bulldog! I kno the feeling...I formed a soccer team in the Albq. city league called the Hokona Armadillos-in 1974 (We had the ELP Tarkus cover on our T-shirts) that went 0-12--I got the assist 4 our only goal of the season! Mainly bcauz I finally got sick of everything and stopped playing goalie in the last game! Yea Damelon--the Av that ate the Hangar is no more! I quit my job 2day and have never been happier! And now Danlo looked in that direction, too. He remembered that snowy owls mate in the darkest part of deep winter, and so along with this beautiful white bird perched in a tree a hundred feet away, he turned to face the sea as he watched and waited.

Ahira, Ahira, he called out silently to the sky. Ahira, Ahira
