Girl Scout Cookies

It is the annual diet corruption time! You cannot get away from Girl Scout cookies - whether they are being sold by coworkers on behalf of their daughters or granddaughters or nieces or by walking through the front lobby of any grocery store!

One of the people I know eats a very strict vegetarian diet, avoiding even dairy products and eggs, and stays away from all sweets like they are a deadly poison. Even he admits that if he is ever to be corrupted, it will be by either cheesecake or by Girl Scout cookies (peanut butter patties to be exact)!

Oh, don't get me wrong, I love dark chocolate. In fact, it's about the only chocolate I eat. But I wouldn't miss it if it ceased to exist. I've never craved a piece of chocolate.

I love the Thin Mints however I can only eat a few at a time. The taste can be overwhelming in large doses. :-)
