Either Vain or somebody or some function wiped it out while installing or adjusting anti spam software. Apparently Vain is the only one who can FTP the banner--The banner's still in prosilver (theme) I can switch the board to that theme while we wait. Avatar has alerted vain about the problem.

It's a different "skin" until Vain or someone can replace the banner at the top of the page in the regular "skin" we use...
