I had good intentions of doing the next chapter, but I got bogged down by work, Passover preparations, and these danged continuing ed modules I need to complete, so if someone else wants to jump in, feel free.

If no one else has by this weekend, I'll try give the next chapter or two a shot.
Thing is, I haven't read this book in so long, I don't think that I'll do a very good job with it. You guys might have to run me out of town!
