Manna from Heaven contains several short stories that are the last works Zelazny wrote in the Amber universe. Just a tease really, but shows where he might have gone in a third series. If you're a big Amber fan like I am, worth reading. The other stories in Manna are very weak though. You can see why he never published them and they were only published posthumously.

I still remember the excitement when I first discovered the Amber series. I got the first series as a two book collection for joining the Science Fiction Book Club of America. My choices for my first five books were
The two Amber books (can't remember if they counted as one choice or two)
Dragon Riders of Pern
The Foundation Trilogy
Danse Macabre (Stephen King nonfiction)

So I guess Amber did count as two, since you got five free choices at that time. From the first few pages of Nine Princes in Amber I was hooked. Loved the second series as much as the first.
