What did other people think of the prologue?
I thought it was pretty exciting, and it is making me look forward to the book.
From the weird and almost dreamy sequences of the refugee children, to the city of the mad k'chain ch'malle matron (what?
flying k'chain ch'malle assassins - o holy crap!
), to the return of another character I had thought dead and gone since the Bonehunters, there is a lot to talk about and think about in this prologue.
Does it sound like most of the action will be on the Letharii continent? And that these k'chain ch'malle are the ones involved in the whole red mask think in RG? And who are these refugee children? The worm thing was gross - just a refugee sickness or something more significant (isn't there some sort of worm god that Teyschrenn was once a priest for?)
