Thanks Luci/Duchess/Av, I found another short piece of poetry. This is probably all I've got unless I write something new. No telling if the mood will ever strike me again but for what its worth... Did I actually use the word "crepuscular"? a walk in the rain darkness rules silence a distant flash the day returns, fleeting the roar of the heavens darkness rules droplets filled with fury, angered by descent the crackle draws near the world revealed flames survive and die darkness rules buildings creak the eager wind thrilled crepuscular gloom a sudden flash the heavens roar echo of doom hushed breath darkness rules darkness rules |
