Yum, Duchess! I've only done Boboli pizzas once or twice, when the kids were younger. They didn't like the fact that it wasn't Pizza Hut (arrgh!) so I haven't done it since then -- but now that it's just me, I should try it again.

Last night I made a big mess of lasagna in my largest Corningware baking dish (and it really is a huge casserole dish). I thought it would last 4-5 days for leftovers. I once again underestimated young male appetites.

Just relaxing with some strawberry rhubarb pie and coffee after work.

Went to a Cuban restaurant for lunch.

Not sure what it all was called, but had mashed sweet potatoes as a side dish and had a stack of these cornmeal pancake like things with sweet goat milk cheese spread in between them. It was completely delicious.

The other day at the grocery store they had tubs of fresh blueberries on sale...so I made a yummy yummy yummy pie.

Mmmm, blueberries! I've been having them on my cereal nearly every morning.

Made cinnamon buns with frosting for breakfast this morning.

Tonight for Christmas Eve dinner we have had beef and bean burritos. - a family favorite.

My husband will make his wonderful home made fudge, and I will bake some peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

Tonight I made a loaf of chocolate chip bread and a big crock pot of corn potato chowder. We got a surprise six inch snow storm today (the forecast had been for possible snow showers ) and it just seemed to be a good day for hot soup.
