Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Got some big 'shrooms (plain old kind), pulled out the stems and the little inside bit under the cap. Kept the caps, put the rest in the food processor. To the food processor add cheese (I think any kind would do, but I used colby/american ), some garlic, celery, and onions. Chop up to a pulpy consistency. Fill the caps with the pulp (deviled egg style). Drizzle it all with olive oil, rub some spices (I used some fancy pepper and garlic salt) along the sides. Put it on an olive oil coated cookie sheet, bake in the oven on 400 degrees F for about 10-12 (considering you don't even have to cook 'em, the baking time's up to you)minutes, and they're ready.
