Cookies 'n' Cream Bundt Cake
ingredients:
1 package (18 1/4 ounces) white cake mix
1 package (4 serving size) instant white chocolate pudding/pie filling mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
20 oreo (or similar) chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening\more of the cookies, chopped into quarters, for garnish
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 10 inch bundt pan.
2. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, egg whites, and milk in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medim speed for two minutes or until well blended. Stir in chopped up cookies; spread in prepared pan.
3. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched and toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 1 hour in pan on wire rack. Invert cake onto serving plate, and cool completely.
4. Combine chocolate chips and shortening in small microwavable bowl. Microwave at HIGH for one minute; stir. Microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth. Drizzle glaze over cake; garnish with quartered cookies.
