Easy Egg Nog Pound Cake
Ingredients:
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving size) package instant vanilla pudding/pie filling mix
3/4 cup egg nog (the kind you get in the dairy case at the grocery store)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
powderd sugar (optional)
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, egg nog, and iol; beat at low speed of electric mixer until moitened. Add eggs and nutmeg; beat at medium-high speed for 4 minutes.
2. Pour batter into greased and floured 10 inch fluted or tube pan.
3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
4. cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you wish.
makes one ten inch cake,

baking time: about 40 to 34 minutes
