Susan's Crab Ragoon

1/2 pack flaked imitation crab meat
2 1/2 boxes of Philly cream cheese
2 stalks of green onion, chopped fine
wanton wrappers
1 beaten egg

Pass crab meat flakes through a garlic press to make them tiny. Mix with the cream cheese and chopped green onion. Mix well. Then place about 1/2 TSP of mix into the center of a wonton wrapper. Seal the ends of the wonton wrapper with the beaten egg. Deep fry wontons in cooking oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil with paper towel. Best devoured when hot!

a couple of my coworkers make that one right here at work in an electric wok on holidays. when they are hot, they are awesome!
