Hey all. I have only just recently discovered Lovecraft. I have The Best of Lovecraft. He is so creepy. Worlds better than Poe. I like Stephen King the most though. I've read 28 of his books if you can believe it. So far, my favorite Lovecraft stories are The Dunwich Horror, The Call of Cthulu, The Colour Out of Space, and The Thing on the Doorstep.

I'm having a lot of fun with Sarnath. Most of the stories are pretty short, and I can devour a few at a sitting...sort of like popcorn! ******************************************************

Finished up The Doom That Came to Sarnath. The surprise for me was the science fiction story, "In the Walls of Eryx". Lovecraft wrote a good sf story there -- I find myself wishing he had done more... ******************************************************

No debate that HP is excellent, but I see that Clark Ashton Smith is also in the title of this thread. I've recently read RED WORLD OF POLARIS and was wondering if people could recommend some of his other works.
