What I really meant when I said "elaborate" was that I was surprised that so much detail still survived in such an old wall painting.

I saw an article about this. Sounds really exciting, and a photo of one of the paintings looked really elaborate. |

Yeah, Buddhist / Tibetan / Nepalese religious-orientated art usually is. I've got a couple of photo's I took not too long ago at the Tibetan Festival of Compassion...will try find them. --A |

Here you go. I wonder if the extreme climate of being in a cave at such a high elevation might have kept them so fresh looking (considering how old they are)? |
