Did anyone watch this fascinating PBS documentary? I found it very interesting. You can watch it online and veiw lots of interesting links and comments here:

I don't know much of anything about Mormonism. I'll have to check some of this out.

*shrug* I've read The Book of Mormon. It's just a history essentially though. (As much as any book like that claims to be such, I mean.)

Yes. She's not really Mormon anymore, though. She got turned off by some concepts of the LDS Church a few months after her baptism. Syl predicted that might happen.

Why do they call some churches The Reorganized Church of the LDS? They messed up before, or it was too harsh??? :?

My understanding is that the reorganized church of latter day saints was a breakaway group which did not follow Brigham Young to Utah.

Apparently, it is now called the Community of Christ.
