What have I watched since this thread started that qualifies as Sci-Fi?
Nightwatch-Russia film that's very cool (think The Crow), with a great ending for a sequel: two more installments are coming!
The Island-much better film than I thought it was going to be...
Primer-fascinating tech-stuff, getting stuck in time loops...
Wavering on whether to rent A Scanner Darkly or not.

Nightwatch, AFAIK, it's about vampires so it goes in this thread. FYI, it's a much praised film that suffered from a wretchedly small release in the U.S. I'm looking for the DVD. It's based on a series of Russian books that have been translated to English. taraswizard
