Paramount has lost its mind. I just read on-line that Rick Berman (the head Trek guy) has started talks with William Shatner. Most are thinking the idea is to bring Shatner into the Enterprise scenario.

OK, I might be alone on this issue, but IMO the single most annoying and weak point of Enterprise is Scott Bakula. This guy was a washed up has been from a second rate Skiffy show (Quantum leap). FWIW, I have not watched one complete episode of Enterprise, and when I heard who the lead actor would be, I was never interested in watching. To contrast, compare Kevin Sorbo on Andromeda (BTW, their next season will be on SciFi cable) Scott Bakula, I do not like thee, Dr Pell...

This is very, very annoying!! At least one dozen posts were lost and I deleted all and left one to represent the lost discussion. Trek. I strongly encourage anyone to repost as much as they remember. taraswizard

I read this on SyFyPortal. Bryan Singer, director of Xmen and Xmen United, want to try his hand at the Trek verse movies. This is good news to most Trek fans taraswizard

The X-Men movies were pretty good. That the director of those movies might be interested in the Trek franchise might be good news.

I am a fan of the original series, and of Next Gen. I was never able to really see any of the other three series due to my work schedule, though.

So far my favorite movies were Wrath of Khan and The Voyage Home, and I cannot remember the number of my least favorite, other than it featured the original cast singing Row, Row, Row Your Boat. That was about the point I lost interest in the movies, and did not see most of the ones made after that. ******************************************************
