Just came back! DD completely rocks! Best Comic-book adaptation ever!!!! And now Danlo looked in that direction, too. He remembered that snowy owls mate in the darkest part of deep winter, and so along with this beautiful white bird perched in a tree a hundred feet away, he turned to face the sea as he watched and waited.

Ahira, Ahira, he called out silently to the sky. Ahira, AhiraEdited by: mhoram6910 at: 3/27/03 1:12:04 pm

I just started reading the first Sandman book. It's really good. I hadn't read a comic book in years, and now I'm sorry about it! I've obviously been missing some good stuff! Our lives are the songs that sing the universe into existence.~David Zindell

When I left the chatroom tonight, I thought I was heading off to bed, but my hub really really wanted to watch a movie. We chose Daredevil and we both loved it! Our lives are the songs that sing the universe into existence.~David Zindell

Tam and I watched it 2 it was better the 2nd time! The rain scene made us cry! (we're big babies!!) Then Tam got so crazy she went out and got a tatooed on "lefty" I simply can't believe it! (her 1st) it's absolutely beautiful, tho--oh and the hummer is 2! And now Danlo looked in that direction, too. He remembered that snowy owls mate in the darkest part of deep winter, and so along with this beautiful white bird perched in a tree a hundred feet away, he turned to face the sea as he watched and waited.

Got a little bit of a confession to make. When the Spiderman movie first came out, I was like "HO HUM" had bought comics regularly when I was kid, like before HS. Well, anyway in June 2002, at a con I went to Spiderman was one of the movies shown, it was 11.30 pm start and got through around 1.30 am. (BTW, if one wants to know Con time is not for sleep). Anyway, after the movie, I was like that was great. The reason I had been non-excited about the movie before, was I had always thought the animated version was to over the top and not very well done.

To the point of this message. When I went to see RoTK around Christmas, one of the preview trailers was for SpidermanII and the trailer looked like this thing is gonna rock.

Yes the previews and the early reviews look fantastic. Here's a link to the movie companie's trailer:Spiderman 2 Tom C, know as clearfontier here, on Kevin's Watch says they are very close to makng Ironman a reality too--along with the forthcoming Hellboy and the Batman-Catwoman thing which only looks, now, like Halley Berry in some god-awful outfit... *****
