Hanging out in the Brothel (as we called my friends' room) with my new friends watching movies. Meeting another person as obsessed with LOTR as I am, if not more so! the leaves hanging on the trees like living jewels of all sorts of colors... pumpkins... bonfires with marshmallow roasts... the return of hot chocolate... digging out old comfortable sweaters and hoodies... fresh apples, peaches, raspberries... apple cider and donuts at the mills... marching bands...homecoming parades... Halloween!! how cute the little ones are in their costumes... the frosts killing the mosquitos...
