Hanging out in the Brothel (as we called my friends' room) with my new friends watching movies.
Meeting another person as obsessed with LOTR as I am, if not more so!
Seeing POTC with my friend and being the only people in the theater, so we could shriek and cheer all we wanted.

I've had a pretty good summer.

pumpkins...
bonfires with marshmallow roasts...
the return of hot chocolate...
digging out old comfortable sweaters and hoodies...
fresh apples, peaches, raspberries...

marching bands...homecoming parades...
Halloween!!

Our neighbors have been burning huge piles of fallen leaves...makes my asthma act up a bit, but love the smell...

the days are getting warmer here .. some darn right hot already .. and summer is on the horizon ..

but its great garden weather .. and i have tonnes to do in the garden now the weather has picked up .. great sunny days ..

winter here is well behind us and summer is threateningly close YAY!
