It's a strange schedule this week, and it may change (edit 4 hours later: there already is a change with the Bears/Packers game)! I don't think there's a Thursday game (and no more MNF), but I'll let you know...It's
Week Seventeen
Saturday, December 30th Gaints at Washington (evening)
Sunday, January 1st early games (and there are tons): Detroit at Dallas Miami at Indianapolis Oakland at Jets St. Louis at Minnesota Buffalo at Baltimore Cleveland at Houston Carolina at New Orleans New England at Tennessee Seattle at Tampa Bay Atlanta at Philadelphia Pittsburg at Cincinnatti Jacksonville at Kansas City
afternoon games: Arizona at San Diego San Francisco at Denver
SNF: Green Bay at Chicago end regular season (but stick around for the NFL Playoffs/Super Bowl Challenge)
my picks: Ok, here it is folks: not only do you really need me to make very crappy picks but this is, without a doubt, the toughest week of the season to pick. Strange outside shots for the playoffs, some must wins to make the playoffs, some teams need momentum going in and some teams may rest a bunch of starters, or not give a damm! Gaints would rather play in the Fiesta Bowl, apparently! kittens don't care, Dallas needs to... I could easily lose this as Brown showed last night that he's really coming back from injury and could run all over Colts--but then again Colts must have playoff momentum Childress looks like he wants to go home Carr still has something to prove, nobody else cares Go! Go! Go! Upset Special! Young can make the playoffs and hot Titans meet a human Brady this week Toughest game to call-TB ready to spoil and get ready for next year--I'll say squeak, really squeak! Garcia's the man and Westbrook looks pissed off haven't looked good lately but have to win to have some kind off a chance to sneak in by the back door. But they're not Balt's D, so Parker could run and make this very close...(if they start him, that is...) once again Chiefs have very good out of division record but it won't be enough to make the playoffs D still needs to get it together, so this will be a good practice game 20-10 (30pts)
