Last night's game, with the huge loss by the Tiggies, also gave me stress diarrhea!

I was at work tonight, but from what I hear, Kenny Rogers did another magnificent job of pitching, and the Tigers won game two. ******************************************************

I am beginning to believe that the Kay-Bob Curse has spread from the Red Wings to the Tigers.

What is the Kay-Bob Curse you might ask?

Bob has been a friend of mine for over 15 years now. We work at the same place, me on afternoons and Bob on midnights. We have both been Detroit Red Wings fans since we were little kids. Well, bot times the Wings won the Stanley Cup in our lifetimes, the final game of the championship series was whle we were at work so meither one of us could watch it.

To add insult to injury, the victory parade would also be on the afternoon of a workday, so neither one of us could even make it for those!

So we promised each other that the next time the Wings win the Cup, we will both call in sick and go to the victory parade with each other and our families.

Needless to say, the Wings have not ever come close in all the years since!

And I am thinking that the Kay-Bob Curse has transferred itself to the Tigers now.

The Tigers made a very good deal with the Yankees. They should be a good team again next year. Have you hugged your cat today?
