OK - all the grown up children have stopped thier fighting for now & the game is ON!!

Quite a few rule changes, hopefully will result in some more scoring.

My Sabres play tonight - this is the first chance I'll have to watch them and I'll give a report.

Unfortunately, I have been so busy that I haven't had time to watch a game yet, though.

Calibaby says that changes are enough to make watching a game sort of wierd, and will take some getting used to. ******************************************************

My Sabres seem to be enjoying the new rules - faster skaters & better stick handlers seem to be they way to go.

Lost to the dreaded Maple Leaves last night in a shoot out.....

I don't understand the NHL anymore there's no one I know on the Avalance anymore--Wayne Gretsky is managing the Phoenix Coyotes and they got some good players but they're sucking up a storm lately... *****

OK, I fell asleep at the wheel with the NHL topic...
My Sabres have actually made the play-offs for the first time in 5 years!!!!!

Carolina won their first ever Stanley Cup tonight. If the Wings cannot win it, I always like to see someone new get it.
