I'm not a huge baseball fan, but it really seems to be a rather historical ending to this years season.

Yankees v. Red Sox - what more needs to be said - 2 teams that hate each other, with a huge local fan base. I've gotta believe there will be some record crowds at these games

Cubs v. Marlins - are you kidding me? The Cubs move on in the playoffs for the first time in almost 60 yrs??? I thought it was tough being a Bills fan!

Sox beat the Cubs in 6 games in the World Series.

How 'bout that Marlins-Cubs game last night? I love the way the Marlins pulled out a win in the 11th inning.

13-3 Boston--and The Cubs won 12-4. I believe Lowe pitches against Pettite 2nite and Marlins/Cubs stand at 1-1 with Kerry Wood going for the Cubs in Florida 2mrrw. FISH still swimming!!! Josh Beckett pitches a 2 hit beaut as Marlins win game 5 4-0, Mike Lowell (everytime he plays fish win--take note!) hits a 2 run homer. Series stands at 3-2 Cubs with game 6 in Chicago Tuesday nite. Yankees/ game was rained out series stands at NY 2 Sox 1. And now Danlo looked in that direction, too.
