is the coolest sport/activity ever!! Comes in close with rock climbing abseiling kayaking and white water rafting!! I went snowboarding for the first time ever on the weekend and it was a blast!! totally cool bananas!! I had sooo much fun!!

I'm jealous! Good 2 c u out and about Sky! I don't really like the cold but snowboarding is 1 winter sport I'm dying 2 try! It does look like a blast--will make it a point 2 try it this winter. The true human being is the meaning of the universe. He is a dancing star. He is the exploding singularity with infinite possibilities. <i></i>

I dont mind the cold .. but I suspect our cold is not really that cold ..

We went on the weekend and it was a beautiful day .. sunny .. warm .. <infact I was hot!> <and happy to roll in the snow to cool down> but sure if I was in shorts and t-shirt .. yeah I would have been cold ..

It was totally surreal .. we had to drive through maybe 2hrs of typical australian outback/bush .. then like out of nowhere .. the snowy ranges appeared .. at first just the barest snowy covering then .. the snow fields appeared .. totally surreal!! and snow for as far as the eye could see!!

And the fun!!! The best!! I love the snow .. I havent seen it since we left the UK .. and the kids and better half had never seen it before!!

It was a blast!! and beatiful beyond description! We had lunch in the highest town in Australia - Cabramurra .. and snowboarded there too!! We're only 21/2 - 3hrs away from the snow .. and as soon as we can we're going back!! I cant wait to go snowboarding again!! the best fun ever!!!
