Backin' the Hawks! Interesting...perhaps Hasslebeck continues to audition for the rumored job in Minnesota... |

I went with the Hawks, partly because they feel a lot like the AZ team that ran thru my Falcons and everyone else on the way to the Superbowl 3 years ago, after being discounted and partly because I'm offended at the chicago newscasters already talking about a Green Bay/Chicago NFC championship rematch, like it's a done deal. |

I don't think picking the Ravens is too much of a stretch-some real bad blood between these teams-I'd be happy just to see Ed Reed dish out some serious payback on Hines Ward and have Ray Lewis re-rearrange Roethlisberger's face! Should be a hell of a game, in any case... |

Wake up guys we need 5 more!!!--I'd say come on Michigan Boys, but I know they're at a Salvation Army store in downtown Detroit right now buying up all the Rich Rodriquez University of Michigan paraphernalia. |

... I wanted to jack Ward up during the post game interview as well. Grrr...he ranks right up there with some of my most despised players of all time like; Michael Irvin, Shannon Sharpe, John Elway, Brett Favre and Cortland Finnegan, I'm sure I could think of more...I freaking knew Pittz and GB would win, or course there's a BIG difference between who you know will win and who you want to win...double grrr... Saturday's results: As a former New York fan I've always noticed an uncanny similarity between the godforsaken playoff gremlins in the Boston Garden and Heinz Field and, I guess, the Steel troublemakers put some Valium in Baltimore's Gatorade during half time. Seems every time they do some bastard named Hines is involved...Ben Roesthliberger 226 yd pass 2TDs Rashard Mendenhall 2 rush TDs 31 Falcons 24. Aaron Rodgers put on an almost flawless performance: 31/36 366 3TDs and runs another in 48 Falcons 21. current standings: Mr S 4-2 -126 Bigred 3-3 -118 psytech 3-3 -123 Endy9 3-3 -135 tj 2-4 -70 +15 (total score Ravens)= -89 cali 2-4 -78 +15 (total score Ravens)= -103 danlo 2-4 -125 Damelon 2-4 -139 Cleburne 1-5 -92 Earthy 1-5 -101 Even though I pick damned NE--GO J-E-T-S!!!! |
