well, the Nittany Lions won when they were supposed to, unfortunately my home town University of Buffalo Bulls can't fight thier way out of a wet paper sack and lost AGAIN to Rutgers 38-3. They did move up in the polls though, from 116 to 114 (out of 120)

go Penn State!!!!

I'm with DD - Penn State is looking good - pretty much rolled over ND on Sat (I know - not much if a test), but they won when they were supposed to.
The cleaning of the staduim is really a great statement for Paterno to make to his team - no one would 'fess up' to who was invloved, so the whole team caught the rath of JoePa
He has had many critics over the years, but he still has been the head of one of the most successful 1A teams and the acedemic levelhas rarely been compromised
We've been to Beaver Stadium fo several games & Paterno is revered there - it's pretty amazing the respect level the guy has earned - of course he's been there since the school opened it's doors.... :wink:

We are PENN STATE!!!!

I missed the first half of the Michigan game today because I was at the grocery store.

Got home, turned it on, and was shocked at the blow out against Notre Dame. Michigan is so bad this year - Notre Dame must be frighteningly awful. :faint:

LOBOs beat AZ 29-27 ay Wildcat Stadium!!! It's the first time since 1979 that we've beaten a Pac-10 school!!!! :sky:
