I liked Redwall, I've only read the first one, but it was interesting. Mice who can talk, kinda like NIMH, or Watership down, or Quest for the Faradawn. It's a good book, I liked the bit about the sword, and the tower, and I often think of the part about the tapestry, and the piece missing. It's good. I'll read the remainder of the series if I ever get my hands on them. I have to comment on a previous comment, I think Narnia stands alone in childrens literature. And when I mention those other three books, I'm not making a comparison between Redwall and them, as far as the quality of storytelling, just making a connection between the fact that they have animals that can talk.. I list some books on my website, at users.psln.com/swm It's currently in a very simple stage, I intend to soon dedicate specific pages to each author, with introductions to each book. So it's still simple as yet. Take a look?
