We do not regularly discuss non-fiction on this board.  But I am going to share something here.  There is a volume called  The Encyclopedia of Fantasy by John Clute and John Grant; 1997.  And since I bought this in 2000 it has proved a huge asset to me.  If I want to look up an author to see what else they might have written, or if they might be alive or dead still.  Just a real valuable and delightful reference.  List price was $75.00 USD, but I got mine for like $20.00 USD at a local Book Barn outlet.  There is a companion volume The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction. taraswizard
