Unless things have changed I know up until about 1998 or so, Walden and B. Dalton were owned by Barnes and Noble. All the same corporate structure, and I know Borders was owned at one time by K-mart. taraswizard

Agree about Banks for sure. Priest, I've only read The Inverted World and while it was good, it doesn't get him on my list yet.
