Always loved the whole Pranu-bindu idea. And it's taken from real meditation philosophy of the vedic tradition, where prana translates as "breath" and bindu as "point."

The many traditions also include tales or oral records of incredible feats of control able to be achieved by mastery of these meditation techniques, including body temperature, skin conductivity, respiration and muscle control to name a few. And a few, like those of the temperature and conductivity, have been scientifically verified.
