I've always loved that introductory quote. It says so much to me about the nature of the Fremen. No time for loose ends.

Yeah, Yueh is under no illusions at all. He knows the cost to himself, to his wife, to his "legacy."

So said the Reverend Mother. Perhaps Yueh merely fulfils his role also. Afterall, he does save both Paul and Jessica.
