OK - by popular demand.....
Who is your favorite female character in MS&T?

Don't know if she's my favorite, but one of the most intriguing females IMO is Rachael "the Dragon". In the end she shows real strength and resourcefullness, not to mention courage!

Well, I've only read the first two (damn bookshop never has tGAT:Siege), so I don't know if there are others, or if any get better/worse, but so far I think Miriamele is better, although for some reason I preferred her when she was just Marya the servant girl.

I liked Aditu, the Sithi Princess...I loved the part where she chased off the girl who was attempting to seduce Simon...

I also liked the tragic Princess Maegwin, blind to her own beauty, and willing to sacrifice everything to help her people...

And, yes, Rachel was cool! She was one TOUGH old lady, who received her just reward. ******************************************************

Hi,
I'm new here and this is my first post.
I find it hard to choose my fave......I think Aditu is fantasic. And like you said, when she made the remark to Ulca about Simon being her husband-to-be I thought it was Hilarious!
I feel for Miri and what she has to go through and the same for Vorsheva. All the women in the book are fantasic, they are all brave in thier own way and they give women a good name!

Hope that wasnt to bad for my first post!

Thanks
