Yes. Absolutely, completely, totally and utterly excited, entranced, impatient, etc.

The UK release of TT is 18 December, too, and there'll probably be previews the preceding weekend. One chain of cinemas here does a card whereby you pay £9.99 per month and you can get into as many movies as you like. Guess who has one of those cards? Guess who will have over two weeks off work over Christmas? Guess who'se hardly going to be at home? Can you, huh? Can you?

Smithers!!! .. Yes!! .. thats him ..

I cant believe MG-friend .. that you can get a MONTHLY movie ticket for just UK £9.99 !! WOW!! that seem remarkably good value!!

you lucky dog!! factoring the exchange rate .. that'd be somewhere in the vicinity of AUS$30.00 .. which would get me into the movies twice with change!! .. period!!

.. costs about AUS$13.50 for one adult admission!! .. or in UK pounds .. £40.50 pounds .. for ONE ADMISSION!!!!

yeah if I were you I'd have at it too!!

you wouldnt catch me home for a month either!! forget work .. 2 weeks off .. the rest in sickies!! health and healing

I found a full-page color TTT advertisement in the New York Times. I think I'll hang it on my wall.

Actually, I found it, and showed it to Foamy.

It looks very cool on her wall.

There's a bunch of links to reviews posted over at ASOIAF. They seem very positive, except that everyone who's seen it seems to be upset over the portrayal of one particular character...yikes!

They all seem to be upset over Faramir.
However, the warg riders and Gollum are said to be spectactular.

I just watched an hour special on WB called "Return to Middle Earth" it was awesome--Viggo Mortensen almost died during the filming! They melted snow off an entire location in 6 hours!? Helm's Deep looks totally awesome! Treebeard is so cool! King Theo and the riders of Rohan are just how I imagined! And yes the wargs are unreal!
