Never realized I hadn't explained my name

Earthblood is the substance which when drunk, enables the drinker with the Power of Command - from TCTC.

Literally, the blood of the Earth

geez, guess I just plan missed my opportunity to be cooool.

If it ain't obvious, my nic is nothing more than my first initial and last name.

Only good thing about it is there aren't that many schurters not in captivity so I rarely ever have trouble using the same name wherever I want.

And its probably better than the other name I would have tried for - BALROG. I don't know why but I just like thinking of myself as a firebreathing, magical, winged, evil beast from the roots of a mountain.

I swear I had already replied to this thread, but maybe that was another thing that got wiped out by last year's infamous mega-hack.

Moon-Watcher was the name Arthur C. Clarke gave to the man-ape who "starred" in his novel 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Darth is from star wars, obviously. D.W. is from the Darkwing Duck cartoon show. Launchpad always called our illustrious hero "D.W."

Hence, DarthDW.

Hey Darth! Haven't seen you in ages! (this is not Darth Raven from the Watch, btw...) *****

I did wonder for a second, but I realised. Well, welcome back DW. Nice to meet you, and hope you stick around.

Since I'm here, let me miraculously stay on topic, and explain that this has always been my forum name everywhere.

It originates from...sanskrit IIRC, and generally means a physical incarnation of something.
