Feeling light-headed now, danlo?

I need to get one soon as well. I think 2 months is the longest I've ever gone in between haircuts. I think if I waited 8 months, I'd resemble one of the man-apes from Quest For Fire.

Ultimately, that is what would keep me from having a pet cat or dog. I don't want to have to endure watching one growing into old age. I have enough trouble as it is coming to grips with human mortality.

On a lighter note, I did get a haircut today, though it was really just a trim.

But the most interesting thing I did was to head over the park to take some pictures. Well, I didn't stay too long due to the frigid wind. Cold temperatures I can stand, but once the wind joins in, it's murder. And we may get our first snowfall tomorrow morning.

Today's most interesting thing is since I am using a library book that is due back on the 13th, unless I renew it, I am wrapping up my dissection of Iffish. I truly hope it measures up to what everyone else has shared.

Tonight's most interesting thing is trying a new to us recipe for Cajun Sausage and Rice. It's supposed to be a crockpot dish, but I am simmering on the stove for half an hour instead. If it's decent, I'll post the recipe in the Cantina.

You do seem remarkably upbeat, Av, considering your uncertain situation.

Me, I'd go postal. Kidding, kidding...

And I forgot to bring my little coffeemaker to work today to try it out. Bah.
