Put it with the scrapbooks of my other vacations, of course. Then pull them out from time to time and go, "Oh yeah, I remember when we did that!"

Dunno how popular scrapbooking is anywhere else in the world...but here in the US, people of a certain demographic (usually suburban moms

) are often into it. It's allegedly better than leaving all your pictures in a jumble in some box, especially for people who come along later and go, "Hmm, who's this in this picture with Aunt Myrna? And when was it taken?" Some people take it to extremes and scrapbook, for instance, everything that ever happens to their little darling kid. I decided when I got into it that I would limit myself to doing only vacation scrapbooks. (So yes, the rest of my pictures are in a jumble in some box.

)
Now apparently they've got digital scrapbooking programs, where you don't even have to get prints made -- you just drop your digital pictures onto the page and write what it's all about, and then print it and stick it in the album. Or maybe just save it as a digital album, I'm not sure. Anyway, I haven't gotten to that stage yet -- I'm still doing things the old-fashioned way, by cutting the paper manually and so on. It's kind of fun. Keeps me out of trouble, anyhow.
