Yes! party! Ankh-Morpork people considered that spelling was a sort of optional extra. They believed in it the same way they believed in punctuation; it didn't matter where you put it, so long as it was there.~Terry Pratchett

Homer: WOOOHOOO! Bart: Cowabunga, dude! Eat my shorts! And now Danlo looked in that direction, too. He remembered that snowy owls mate in the darkest part of deep winter, and so along with this beautiful white bird perched in a tree a hundred feet away, he turned to face the sea as he watched and waited.

Ahira, Ahira, he called out silently to the sky. Ahira, Ahira

Last time I was, for the trial of some guy who was beating the crap out of his girlfriend, and when the neighbor intervened to try to protect her, he beat the crap out of her, too!

So I was very glad to get out of there unscathed today! Ankh-Morpork people considered that spelling was a sort of optional extra. They believed in it the same way they believed in punctuation; it didn't matter where you put it, so long as it was there.~Terry Pratchett

Alright Pilot! How far do you fall? Great 2 c u back--safest haven in the web! And now Danlo looked in that direction, too. He remembered that snowy owls mate in the darkest part of deep winter, and so along with this beautiful white bird perched in a tree a hundred feet away, he turned to face the sea as he watched and waited.

Hooray for Foamy!!!

This calls for a drink!
(A non-alcoholic one, of course, since Foamy is underage. )

Weekend! Yay!

My car is back after being in the garage for a month!
(See, Ms Mary -- you're not the only one with a poopoomobile!)

My son got a mention in the paper as being a good wrestler (if I can figure out the link I'll put it up here later).

And with a vehicle I can actually go grocery shopping. My hub TRIED, but he kept forgetting minor and unimportant things like cat litter!

And it's snowing again outside, and it looks so pretty!

And my doggy is starting to feel better after his ordeal. He actually trotted across the backyard yesterday! When he first came home, he just wanted to sleep in my lap, and he left bloody footprints on all of my pants. His feet aren't bleeding at all anymore, and those nasty sores on his legs aren't bleeding, anymore, either. And he's fattening up, too. The cats are much happier, too. The whole time Max was gone they both walked the house screeching. No one believed me when I said they missed the dog, but now that he's back, they're back to normal, too. The big fluff cat has been cleaning the dog's leg wounds for him. They're buds. They both came into the house nine years ago as babies within a couple of weeks of each other.

Lots of things to be happy about this week! Ankh-Morpork people considered that spelling was a sort of optional extra. They believed in it the same way they believed in punctuation; it didn't matter where you put it, so long as it was there.~Terry Pratchett

Well, that's what we get for living in the North.

Here's a good old trivia question for you. If you were to draw a line straight south from downtown Detroit, what is the first foreign country you'd reach? (something like 99 out of a hundred people say Mexico and they're wrong -- the right answer is Canada.) Ankh-Morpork people considered that spelling was a sort of optional extra. They believed in it the same way they believed in punctuation; it didn't matter where you put it, so long as it was there.~Terry Pratchett
