I hope you feel better soon!
Last winter (Feb. of this year) there was a virus going around that usually hits cruise ships. They had to shut down a bunch of restaurants in the area because this thing (Norwalk virus) was making so many people so sick. My younger son got it first, then my hub and older son, and then I got it. I had vomiting and diarrhea so bad that I fainted for the first time in my adult life. I was coming out of the bathroom for what felt like the thousandth time that night, and down on the floor I went. Calibaby heard me fall, scraped me off the floor, and I had to go right back into the bathroom.
Intellectually I have known for untold years that people can die from diarrhea.
That was the first time I ever really knew it, though.
I wonder if you might have had something like that? If so, hopefully it will only get you for a day or so, and then you will feel much better!
Work was very stressful this week, but things are happy. My younger son and I pulled an almost all nighter last night, watching the meteor shower and hoping to see the northern lights (which we did not see). It was so freakishly warm that we could sit outside in sweaters and drink lots of hot chocolate and still be warm. My older son is home for three weeks starting this afternoon. My husband's business has really picked up in the last few weeks, which is a great sign that the economy in this area might finally be picking up a little bit!
Tomorrow we will go visit the old Dodge family mansion, up in Rochester, called Meadowbrook. The holiday decorations up there are supposed to be very beautiful. ******************************************************
