Things are really getting quiet here

Well it is indeed still quiet here.

The truth is I was never a big poster here with Kevinswatch and Glurpworld taking up a large chunk of my internet time.

I had and have never read David Zindell's Neverness so I always felt a bit like a visitor unless danlo was running his football picks game.

In any case I hate to see an online community lose its spark of life. I am the only one checking in on Glurpworld, the Outer Caves is defunct as well as well as a couple of other sites.

Pretty much a bummer.

I still haven't read Zindell. The plan was to read it and post some stuff, but since the site is pretty much stuffed, I never really found the drive. Maybe one day I'll give it a go, hopefully before the final curtain!

Don’t feel bad. I’ve never read Zindell either. I wonder if his books are on Kindle.

I have now read Neverness - I did enjoy it immensely. Will look into the others and maybe even post my thoughts

I have also read the Broken God, and am half way through the Vild. It's a hard slog but I am enjoying it....
