Sickening, but not surprising.

What I would like to know is - who has all of the phone transcipts from all of these normal everyday calls - and what are they planning on using them for?

What burns me the most is that some of these recorded/transcripted calls are conversations of a very personal nature between active duty American troops and their spouses. So these men/women go overseas for difficult combat duty, risking their lives for their country - and they are treated like this by the very government they are serving?
