That's something good to read after having just watched a really sad dog story on the CBC National news. (A dog, given as a present to a boy who had survived cancer, was shot and killed by a guy who was a neighbour of the boy's family. The guy turned himself in to the police and claimed it was an accident. Apparently that family had trouble with this guy before. I feel for the kid - he had already endured cancer, and now he has to deal with the senseless death of a beloved pet.)
(Yeah, that trigger-happy guy belongs in the Loser of the Day thread as well...)
