I really fail to see how a boy, severely injured in a fall, is a threat so severe they have to stun him electrically, not once, but multiple times. The mind boggles. This is why we don't trust cops here.

I am sick enough as it is hearing about taser horror stories in my own country, never mind elsewhere. I've had a dim view of tasers ever since the Robert Dziekanski tragedy last October. Dziekanski was a Polish immigrant who landed in Vancouver Airport, and spoke no English. He died shortly after being tasered by a bunch of overzealous RCMP officers. It's the kind of thing that makes me ashamed to be a Canadian citizen.

Ha...it's no better anywhere else. But it certainly isn't the sort of thing you expect to hear about in Canada.
