You know...I do feel sorry for the English guy's family. They probably thought he came to America to be a tourist, not to be kinky.
And there was certainly criminal negligence of some sort or other in hiding the body and not informing anyone about the death.
On the other hand, suing the other guy's estate is only going to hurt
his family, who had nothing to do with it. And they are also trying to deal with the death of a family member.
I guess to me there is something just...dumb...in flying across the ocean to hook up in a sexually kinky way with a complete stranger and
ask to be wrapped up in duct tape and plastic and to be put alone in a closet.
You are just begging for some really serious trouble, and the English guy found it. His death is very...Darwinian.
