Sometime earlier, a Guild Navigator was sent to retrieve the one known as Matrixman and bring him back to the high court of the Dune forum to answer charges of tardiness in the matter of chapter dissection. Dressed only in his pajamas, a half-asleep Matrixman listened to the court's order to complete his chapter assignment, lest he spend the rest of his life in a pain amplifier. It is assumed he acknowledged the order and will work on his assigned task in order to avoid an unpleasant fate.
