There are some interesting & thought provocing quotes thruoghout the books of this series.

Thought it would be fun to list a few out....

"Lord whip you for a donkey, boy, didn't I tell you to get to work?" poor Simon....

"I've been having strange dreams again, Binabik."

"So we labor to build our little dams, while the waters rise all around us." Cadrach to Miriamele

"You are full of good intentions, but you do not know enough to speak so forcefully" Jiriki to Seoman after the burning of Yasira

"And now the three Great Swords have found their way to this place, beneath the Conqueror Star. Sorrow, defender of Asu'a, scourge of the living; Thorn, star-blade, banner of the dying Imperium; Bright-Nail, last iron from the vanished West."
Pryrates - You'll have to read the books to find out where this quote comes from!!!

"...Bringe from Nuanni's Rocke Garden
The Manne who tho' blinded canne see,
Discover the Blayde that delivers the Rose
At the Foote of the Rimmer's great Tree,
Find the Call whose loude Claime
Speaks the Call-bearer's Name,
In a shippe on the Shallowest Sea
When Blayde, Call, and Manne
Come to Prince's Right Hand
Then the Prisoned shall once more go free. "

--From Du Svardenvyrd, the book of the mad priest Nisses, translated in Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn, by Tad Williams.
